ADVrunas End-Use License Agreement
ADVtools SARL provides the computer software product contained in the download file (the "Software") and the associated documentation contained in the download file (the "Documentation") and license their use under the terms set forth herein. You assume responsibility for the selection of the Software to achieve your intended results, and for the installation, use and result obtained from the Software. Do not use the Software in any case where significant damage or injury to persons, property or business may happen if an error occurs.
VERSIONS
The Software may be installed in two versions: Demo Version and Registered Version. Both versions are fully functional. The difference between them is that Demo Version does not contain the information about the registered owner, while the Registered Version does. The Demo Version stops working after 30 days of trial period. It may be converted into a Registered Version at any time, before or after the expiration of the trial period just by entering the registration information provided by ADVtools SARL or by authorized distributors of this software. The Registered Version has an unlimited time of operation.
The Demo Version is free to copy, install and distribute as an original installation package. The Registered Version may be distributed only by ADVtools SARL or by authorized distributors of this software.
LICENSE
The Software and Documentation are licensed on a “per user” basis. Each copy of the Software can only be used by a single user at a time. This user may install the software on his office workstation, personal laptop and home computer, provided that no other user uses the software on those computers.
This license allows you to make as many copies of the installation media as you need for backup or installation purposes.
You, your employees, and/or agents may not distribute or otherwise make the Software or Documentation available to any third party.
You may not modify, adapt, translate, rent, lease, resell, distribute, or create derivative works based upon the software or any part thereof without the prior written agreement of ADVtools SARL.
The Software and Documentation are copyrighted by ADVtools SARL. You agree to respect and not to remove or conceal from view any copyright, trademark or confidentiality notices appearing on the Software or Documentation, and to reproduce any such copyright, trademark or confidentiality notices on all copies of the Software and Documentation or any portion thereof made by you as permitted hereunder and on all portions contained in or merged into other computer software products and documentation.
TERM
This license is effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by destroying the Software and Documentation with all copies, modifications and merged portions in any form. It will also terminate upon conditions set forth elsewhere in this Agreement if you fail to comply with any term or condition of this Agreement. You agree upon such termination to destroy the Software and Documentation together with all copies, modifications and merged portions in any form.
LIMITED WARRANTY AND DISCLAIMERS
THE UTILITIES PROVIDED BY ADVTOOLS SARL (THE "SOFTWARE") IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "WITH ALL FAULTS." ADVTOOLS SARL MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND CONCERNING THE QUALITY, SAFETY OR SUITABILITY OF THE SOFTWARE, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
You are solely responsible for adequate protection and backup of the data and equipment used in connection with any of the Software, and ADVtools SARL will not be liable for any damages that you may suffer in connection with using, modifying or distributing any of the Software.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with Swiss law and both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of the Canton of Geneva, Switzerland.
